This higher education urban campus was built in the late seventies and has achieved the test of time with very little modifications. As a 300,000 s.f. multi-level structure, it pioneered handicap accessibility many years before ADA regulation became obligatory and was recognized for this achievement.

One of its main features is a 800 seat theater that has served the institution and the community for over 35 years.
